Open your app and complete the questionnaire.
Enter your cell number on the company tablet and skip straight to entering your temperature and/or taking a photo.

Download and register as a company. Once completed, log in t the admin zone: https://admin.swipein.co.za and set up your employees and devices.
Simply download the app, register, and you’re good to go! You will be able to do the questionnaire on your own device before your arrival.

Do I need the app and the online dashboard?
Yes, the online dashboard will be populated with your information. Depending on the type of user you are, you will see different details. Companies are able to configure their staff and view all the entries to the premises, while users can only view their own history.
How does the subscription work?
The low monthly fee is a subscription without a contract, which you are able to change as you go. All the data is stored online for your record-keeping purposes.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Only companies pay a subscription fee. Regular app users incur no cost at all. Should you be a current subscriber to the service, you can log in to the control panel and click “Account Details” followed by “Cancel Subscription”.
Can I change my package?
Only companies pay a low monthly fee. The app is completely free for regular users who would like to save time when entering Swipe In premises. When a company user logs into the Control Panel, they are able to add additional devices. As more devices get added, their package updates automatically.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes, you need a device with internet access. The users are authenticated by their cell number and the access records are stored online for reporting and safekeeping.
